Each glazed oak case bearing the Royal appointment “Sutton & Sons, seedsmen to his majesty the King, Reading, England” on card to the bottom third of the display, twenty four grasses are shown above with the Matching twenty four seed cases below.
Both cases retains there original drop down sun blinds.
A highly original pair of these increasingly difficult to find samplers.
