Visits can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours and are strictly by appointment through my office.
It is always helpful to see pieces in person so do let us know at the time of booking your visit if you would like to view something specific.
Please note we currently do not have a wheelchair ramp available and the collection is displayed over two floors.
There is the odd occasion that an item may be out on approval but we can usually ensure it is back in time.
Everything on the website is for sale unless it is marked as 'Sold’.
Clicking on an item will open further details, including additional images, a description, measurements and its history / provenance if we have it.
Buying directly (and instantly) from our website is a simple process available for anything with an 'Add To Basket' button. You are not obligated to buy in this way - you can also always buy via our online enquiry form .
Clicking 'Add to Basket' will add the item to your basket and you can either 'View Basket & Checkout' or continue shopping, adding further items to the cart.
There is no additional VAT on any of our items except our bespoke range including lighting. We operate on a global margin scheme so VAT is included in the price shown however the price does not include any additional delivery costs, CITES, tariffs or export tax.

Paying online for items in your basket simply requires you to enter your contact information, a shipping address, and card details for payment to be processed.
You will receive an automatic email from us to confirm the sale and our logistics specialist or one of our couriers will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.
For purchases made outside of this online system (through our Enquiry Form), we will send you an invoice that includes our bank account details for paying in GBP.
Most cards are accepted but currently do not accept American Express. You can also pay via bank to bank or Paypal.
We make international sales on a regular basis and pride ourselves on our efficient logistics support.
If you would like to settle in USD or EUR, payments can be made online or bank to bank transfer. Most global cards are accepted except American Express.
We offer free delivery to mainland UK.
A UK delivery will most often be via one of our trusted road couriers to your door within two weeks, though often quicker.
Our couriers will contact you via email and/or telephone to arrange a suitable time.
Purchases will be inspected before they leave us, though there may be some marks or scuffs we endeavour to show these in if they are older or original example.
Furniture and artworks travelling with our couriers will be wrapped in a single layer of strong bubble-wrap and cardboard. We re-use most of what comes back to us, so the packaging may have a few nicks and scuffs. The bubble-wrap can be recycled with bags and other soft plastics at larger supermarkets and cardboard can be recycled with your home recycling collections.
Though we try to avoid postal services, some small deliveries may be sent using these third-parties, though we will always let you know.
If, for any reason, you are not ready to take delivery immediately, just let us know and we will put your items safely aside until you are ready. However, if it is to be over 3 weeks, please discuss this with us.
We regularly ship to Asia, Europe and North America. We work with a small group of trusted shippers at all price points. If you are considering one or more pieces and would like to know the shipping cost in advance of a decision we are happy to provide competitive quotes. Works are released after payment and delivery is arranged as quickly as possible thereafter.

We operate our tax on the Global Margin Scheme, so there is no VAT to pay on top of quoted prices and none that can be claimed back.
We are always keen to source antiques from collections and have a flexible and straightforward approach.
