A large bronze male bust.

AKAROVA, the pseudonym of Marguerite Acarin, Belgian artist, born in Sint-Joost-ten-Node in 1904 died in Ixelles in 1999.

As a sculptor, she designed portrait busts in powerful, stylized designs, she also designed monumental works for the cities of Brussels, Mons, Tienen. She was a member of the Fédération Féminine Artistique Belge, her work is held in the Museum of Ixelles.
