A satin birch daybed of very large scale.

The fully adjustable frame raised on turned legs with large brass castors, gilt cast iron and bronze ratchet system below the original webbing, removable arm and head rests turn it into a single bed.

An extraordinary example of bespoke craftsmanship in a superb state of preservation.
