The moulded top above a carved apron centred by a mask with headdress, flanked by garlands with scallop shells above, the cabriole legs with fetlock terminate in typically squared ball and claw feet.
The rich colour to the polished top and the darker hue the pounced ground and surrounding characteristically Irish carving of the apron and legs is typical of these tables and highly desirable.
Irish, 19th century, in manner of the circa 1740 -1760 George II originals.
