Many people will know Drew from his television apperances, firstly in 2004 with "The Reclaimers” for the BBC and then in 2011 with "Salvage Hunters" for Warner Brothers-Discovery. The programme ran for 20 series over 14 years where he travelled the globe, bringing a down to earth, every man’s voice to the subject.
He stepped back from television in late 2024 to concentrate on his antique and interior consultancy work.
