One has sign written inscription...
"Presented by J.C. Heenan to J.R.Ellis, 1864".
There are some areas of the inscription that we cannot decipher.
J.C.Heenan was a World famous bare knuckle boxer.
Also known as Indian clubs, these became a popular form of exercise in the Victorian era.
