An iconic mid-century modern lamp designed by Luis Pérez de la Oliva and Pedro Martín for the Spanish lighting company Fase in Madrid, late 1960s.
The Fase Model 520-C was produced in several colours. The 1974 catalogue lists black, grey, Corinto (dark red) and gold finishes. The model suffix C is associated with the version fitted with a glass diffuser, described in the catalogue as a difusor de cristal.
