A carved and painted pine hall bench full of hunting mottifs.

The back panel has a large eagle at the centre with two hunting dogs below, surrounded by spiralling foliage and acanthus.

Provenance: Craudfurdland Castle, Kilmarnock.

Northern European, first half of the 19th century.
