Our standarised delivery tariffs for the UK and Ireland are detailed below and include insurance wherever possible** to a maximum value of £5000. If we cannot insure item(s) we will let you know before they are despatched. Deliveries are made during weekdays only as this helps keep the cost to you down, small packages may be sent via Royal Mail.

** Glass and ceramic items cannot be insured by our carriers.

We offer door-to-door services via sea or airfreight (dependent on size and weight).

Pricing

Costs are calculated on an individual basis and will include the costs of
insurance and packaging/crating.

NB. The price will not include any local taxes or duties which may be applicable where you reside.

 

Do I have to pay VAT in the United Kingdom?
  • If you reside within the European Union (but outside the UK ), then unless you have a valid VAT registration number in the country in which you reside you must pay VAT on your purchase. A fully detailed explanation is available in Notice 725 on the HM Customs & Excise website here
  • If you reside outside the European Union, generally you do not have to pay VAT on your purchase provided either:

    • After taking full payment we ship the item directly to you in your country of residence.

    • If you intend to arrange your own collection, the UK Inland Revenue require you to supply a list of information (too much to detail here), please contact us for more information.
Crating

If your purchase requires crating, our wooden packaging is certified to the latest international phystosanitary standards - smaller items may be sent in other suitable cartons/non-organic packaging. An example of a typical crate used to transport a large stained glass panel internationally is shown below:
